Who we are

This website and mshape are run by Baljeet (Rickey) Singh ("we", "us"). Questions or requests about your data go to hello@rickeysingh.com.

Data we collect on this website

• Applications and contact details. When you apply for a consultation we store your name, email, phone, company and what you tell us, so we can reply and prepare.
• Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid and your billing details, never your full card number.
• Bookings. When you book a time we create a Google Calendar event with a Google Meet link and email you a confirmation.
• Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. These use cookies; you can block them in your browser.

Data mshape handles for clients

mshape connects only to accounts a client has given us access to. With that permission it reads reporting data from Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile, such as campaign spend, clicks, calls, conversions, search rankings and profile activity. It uses this data only to show the client their results and to advise on their marketing.

mshape reads reporting data only. It does not create or change ads, and it does not access billing details.

Google API data

mshape's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We use Google data only to provide reporting to the client whose account it is.
• We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising to anyone, or use it to train general AI models.
• We do not let people read it except with the client's permission, for security, or to comply with the law.
• We do not share one client's data with another client.

Where data is stored and for how long

Data is stored with Supabase (database) and on our own servers, protected by encryption in transit and access controls. Application and booking records are kept while we work together and for up to three years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client reporting data is deleted within 30 days after a client removes our access or ends our engagement.

Who we share data with

Only the service providers that run this site and mshape: Stripe (payments), Google (calendar, email and analytics), Supabase (database) and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing hello@rickeysingh.com.
• Clients can remove mshape's access at any time in their Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by removing our user from the Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console or Business Profile account.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Material changes affecting clients will be emailed to them.
